#bolani the way my beautiful mother taught me 💚💋 3 potatoes (you can add more or less if you want it more potato-y) 1 large leek (finely sliced) 2 scallions Jalapeen for some heat (optional obvi) Handful of cilantro and parsley Salt and pepper I used fresh dough but egg roll wrappers work really well too!!
