The Bahamas is "touristy" because you went to tourist areas only. And you probably only been to Nassau. The Bahamas is a multitude of destinations wrapped up in a single country of 700 islands and Cays. You may want to venture out a bit more.

This is such a crappy take! I’ve been to Bahamas and Fiji, they’re both stunning. But ultimately Bahamas is the winner, especially water wise, specifically Exuma.

The Bahamas is like a three hour flight. Fiji is 20hours. What do you mean save your money and go to Fiji!?!! Bahamas is affordable!!

This guy is supposed to be a travel expert and he doesn’t know that the bahamas consists of a lot more than just Nassau? That’s a country that relies on tourism for its economy and your review of the country recklessly omits what island you are on and will deter potential visitors from exploring other parts of their country. Yes nassau is touristy but there are 600+ islands in that country that offer a lot of variety and you just painted their entire reputation by the capitol. Imagine if we did this with the US?
