That right there is the difference between a leader and a boss. A boss is somebody who tells you what to do.And then sits back and oversees you doing it , but a leader is somebody who tells you what to do , and then will sit right beside you and do their assigned work.

Worked overnights and we had 3 people instead of 8. the covering manager came in, told us dont rush. just do what we can, he will do what he could. He was also very pissed off because of the call outs
