@drun1176: If you’re feeling like it or not, try to get outside and get some sunshine a.k.a. vitamin D and get your blood flowing. Get those muscles moving. It doesn’t need to be 10 K all at once, you can chop it up into pieces, but the main thing is to get after it even if you don’t feel like doing so.
