I ordered a one piece figure for my boyfriend and it was broken! I emailed them and they offered me a $5 coupon lol. I said no I want a refund or a new figure. They surprisingly gave me a refund.

Dealing with this same exact situation with ovios the boneless couch spent $1500 on a couch that arrived deformed and had crazy bulging and had bed bugs all in the plastic that the couch was wrapped in but I sent them photos videos everything they needed and took them months alone just even respond to me and still nothing! i’ll never spend my money with them again! You would think these companies would want to do their customers right but it’s almost like they can’t wait to screw someone over!
