I’m sorry this happens to you ! : I want to share resource I found about four years ago, called open open pathway by the author kirej Valoe who is a survivor herself just like me! This book series is full of resources and step-by-step healing practical techniques you can use to help yourself heal from such abuse recently. I saw them on Amazon there’s a workbook a book and a journal I did all three they’re affordable you can do them in your own space at your own time. I hope we all get the healing. We deserve. When we share our stories and our resources we all win!

My grandfather was amazing , I wanted to tell him what was happening to me , but the words wouldn’t cone out , at least not until I was 15 . But I felt like there was no point as it was brushed away 😢
