if the loophole is closed people in states where it is illegal won't have access to thc products. what we need is full legalization that comes with the type of regulation you are looking for.

You are misrepresenting what the hemp bill actually does, which will basically shut down the hemp industry nationwide. It was also put into a much bigger bill without any real debate on the Senate floor. A recall will allow for it to be legislated openly and fairly.

This should be a non issue. Stores should not be selling thc products to kids and if you are of age, you shouldn’t have your stuff where kids can reach.

The issue is anyone that sells this to a child and anyone who keeps this drug in reach of children. And the alcohol comparison is very disingenuous and quite frankly irrelevant to this discussion. Being on the side of keeping something largely safe illegal is wild, bad take.
