Hi, so I cut back mine about a week ago, but the cut stem on my mother plant has started to grow white mold. I’m new to philodendrons so I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to stop/fight the mold?

I’m so proud of mine! She’s finally pushing more pink with her past two leaves and hasn’t gotten stuck in her sheaths the past three! I’m gonna be getting her an upgrade and a pole as a reward i love her
