@itsmasonlaurent: DISCLAIMER: Shoot whatever works for you. S-Log can be a powerhouse if edited and shot correctly. Cine4 will give you a clean, organic look right out of the camera. It handles noise way better in the shadows. It will leave enough room for a creative color grade. S-Log will stretch your 16 million colors to their absolute breaking point on an 8-bit camera. S-Log2 is less aggressive, but you can still see some mud and noise in the shadows. (Even when your overexpose properly) We’re all still learning including me. So yeah…stop letting internet nerds scare you into shooting flat gray files you hate editing.
