Something that helped me in test day was to schedule my exam for late morning. So went to breakfast by myself to get in the zone.

I opted for the 6,000 hours of experience in lieu of the exam (IL). Meeting that threshold this fall. My executive functioning couldn't handle a test while working overtime 😂
