Who said you need a claypot for this? 👀 🍗 Chicken Claypot Rice Recipe (Rice Cooker Version using Gaabor 2.5L Multifunction Rice Cooker 💜) Serving: 2–3 pax Ingredients 🌶️ • 350g chicken (boneless thigh or breast, cut into cubes) • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp sugar • ¼ tsp white pepper • 1 tbsp cooking oil & sesame oil • 3 slices ginger • 1 cup rice (washed) • 2 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked, slice thinly) • 1 cup mushroom soaking water + ½ cup water (adjust if needed) • 1 stalk spring onion (chopped, for garnish) Steps ✨ 1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil & white pepper for at least 15 minutes. 2. In the Gaabor Rice Cooker, add washed rice and mushroom soaking water + plain water. Start cooking. 3. While waiting, pan-sear the marinated chicken with ginger and a bit of oil until slightly charred. 4. When the rice is about ¾ cooked, open the lid and layer chicken and sliced mushrooms on top. 5. Continue cooking until the rice and chicken are fully cooked and aromatic. 6.
