@daily30discipline: My favourite is 2 and 5. Also you gotta pair all this cardio with a calorie deficit if you're tryna lose weight. Tell ChatGPT your age, height, weight and your average day to day activities (work or school, how often you go gym etc) and tell it to give you a calorie target for a deficit, aswell as a protein goal.
