Due to Swimmer's he hadn't been walking long & was still doing therapy for his legs. Notice how flexible he is when Charlie pulls him. Charlie would pull him around all over the house. I couldn't find a video that was longer showing them doing this. They loved this game. Phelps still lays like a little froggy 🐸🥰
