I always walk into a room sometimes (especially at work during a manic phase) and just forget what I’m doing. I’d also leave and come back around multiple times cause I forgot what I was doing. It’s like having Alzheimer’s.

After every manic episode. I have blackouts and memory gaps for months-years after where I just am here but have no idea how I get here if that makes sense. It’s like it fried my brain.

I had psychosis and got diagnosed with Bipolar 2023 after hostpital.I now over 3 years later still struggle to remember most of the earliest parts of psychosis and it stresses me out as all I can do is go along with what people tell me which is really frustrating.I was thinking of getting my notes from the hostpitals has anyone else done that ?

Oh wow i have Never heard about this before, but i can 100% relate. my diagnosis finally came 2007. Now i am 64 and Although i am on a perfect marriage of Meds & i Use All of my Tools (daily) during the Last 3-4 years i HAVE missed Moment’s in-fact i Choose NOT to drive Anymore (Long story) Thanks for this. i will follow you xxx

I rarely remember anytime I spend in the hospital along with the couple days that lead up to ending up in the hospital, itsvery unnerving, the vulnerable feeling I get when I dont have any memory of what I said or did, its scary
