@hbattey3: If I could go back to Day 1 of menopause… here’s exactly what I’d do. 1. Don’t give up. I know it feels like your body suddenly stopped listening to you. Mine did too. But keep advocating for yourself. Keep asking questions. Keep trying things. There isn’t one solution that works for everyone. 2. Strength train. I would’ve made lifting heavier weights non-negotiable. Muscle becomes one of your biggest allies for metabolism, bone health, and feeling strong. 3. Prioritize protein and recovery. I would’ve focused on eating enough protein, sleeping when I could, and managing stress instead of trying every trendy diet. What’s one thing you wish someone had told you about menopause?
