No, when I am interviewing people all day the last thing I want to hear from that side is some BS quiz show question. Your opportunity for questions is for facts about the job, NOT interviewing the interviewers.

As a recruiter, the number of places that can't answer that during the job intake is terrifying. In most cases, you need maybe 60-70% of the requirements. People hire people they like. Personal motives always steer the task motives.

Act like you already have the job and it's yours! If customer service then let everything be about just that, if clothing be about clothes, if food let it be about food. Confidence is a huge factor as well.

I think the real insight is everyone’s favorite subject is themselves so just ask questions that make the hiring manager feel good about something they articulate to you. It doesn’t have to be the “high performer” question
