@drkelsichiro: My biggest insecurity was my forward-head posture and that little hump starting to show at the base of my neck. We spend so much time looking down at phones, laptops, and screens that our neck starts adapting to that position. That forward-head posture can lead to neck tension, upper-back tightness, headaches, and that “tech neck” hump. This cervical neck stretcher has been such an easy daily reset.
