My brother, I noticed that when you do the Takbīr (the opening of the prayer), you catch or touch your ears with your fingers. It is a habit that we see a lot, often learned by mimicry, but there is an important nuance to know to stick as close as possible to Sunnah. Authentic hadiths show us that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم raised his hands in two ways: 1. Either at the shoulder level (palms facing the Qibla, at shoulder height). 2. Either at the level of the ears (the fingertips or the thumbs reach the height of the lobes). However, it is not mentioned anywhere that he was touching, pinching or physically grabbing his ears. Scientists explain that the goal is simply to align your hands in space, at the right height. Touching your ears does not cancel the prayer, but it is an extra gesture that is not necessary. To do the simplest and most refined, just raise your hands naturally at shoulder or ear height
