Our Grade 5 and Grade 6 learners recently had an exciting and educational trip to Hell’s Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha. At Hell’s Gate, the learners visited the geothermal spa, where they learned about the benefits of geothermal energy and natural hot springs. They were informed that the geothermal spa contains a potent mix of natural therapies. The combination of deep heat, buoyancy, and earth-born minerals helps relieve chronic joint and muscle pain, improve blood circulation, detoxify the body, and soothe chronic skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. The learners also enjoyed swimming in the geothermal spa under the supervision of their teachers, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The learners also had an opportunity to observe the unique geological features of the area and learn about the importance of geothermal energy as a renewable source of power in Kenya. At Lake Naivasha, some learners enjoyed a boat ride, where they observed the beautiful scenery and learned about the lake’s ecosystem. They had the chance to see various bird species and aquatic life while appreciating the importance of conserving natural resources. The trip was both educational and enjoyable, providing learners with valuable knowledge and memorable experiences outside the classroom. The students were well-behaved, actively participated in all activities, and represented the school excellently throughout the trip. #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #viral #trendingvideo
