@thecalmdigitalpath: I’ve been a massage therapist for over 20 years, and this is one of my favourite self-release techniques for working into the fascia and soft tissue of the neck. Really connect your fingertips into the tissues, as shown in the video. As you turn your head, keep your fingers connected and apply a slight pull towards your spine. The movement of your head does most of the work. Remember to do both sides. Save this for the next time you wake up with a tight, stiff neck or your neck feels tight and stiff at the end of the day.
