I only disagree with the idea that men are taught to Center themselves.. this usually arises as a byproduct of what they're actually taught.. guys are usually taught that they're burdens.. anything that's done for them or given to them is repeatedly thrown in their face. and their taught that their worth is intrinsically tied to what they can provide or produce.. this leads men censoring themselves because they realize that no one is going to help them without using it against them at some point. this is why they isolate and why they refuse to ask for help.
