Hi everyone, I’m Sara’s dad. It’s honestly quite sad to read some of the comments here. Just to clarify a few things, we’re not rich as some have assumed. We didn’t pay for this trip through instalments, and we certainly didn’t use Mendaki funds as some have claimed. We’re also not trying to show off. My daughter never expected her video to go viral in this way. She was simply sharing a special moment and experience that she was grateful for. We work very hard to provide for our family, and Alhamdulillah, we were able to give our daughter this opportunity. We are grateful to Allah for every blessing He has given us. I sincerely pray that each and every one of you achieves your own dreams and goals too. There’s already so much negativity in the world, let’s choose to be kinder, encourage one another, and celebrate each other’s happiness instead. Thank you, and may Allah bless you all.
