as much as I adore hummus (I eat it most days of the week)... baba ganoush, 100%. I don't have it frequently as the restaurant made stuff is better than what I can make at home, but it's in my top 5 food of all times, no questions asked

I like baba ganoush more but hummus is more versatile. I think I’d probably go with hummus for the versatility alone. For me, this is like asking “would you rather keep your left leg or your right leg?” 😭
