Stephanie I needed to share a dream I had last night - the sun was shining beautiful perfect day at the park i looked up and saw you playing with Stacy she was pure happiness you were glowing with child like joy 🥰 I cried when I met you bc I was so happy to see you with your baby girl having the most fun ever. 😭 it was the best😭

One thing I learned in therapy after losing the loml last year is that two things can be true at the same time. You can be sad and at the same time want to feel joy. It’s hard to understand but try is thought helps me get out of those horrible grief waves. Sending you light and love 🪽❤️

I don’t understand why people say “move on”. Like no, never move on. It’s always part of you. She is always part of you and with you. There is no moving on, that shouldn’t be the goal. The reality is you move with it. She moves with you 💕

it's not moving on but you do have to continue living, you have other kids, your husband and staying away from ending up in a mental institution. no one i mean absolutely no one could understand unless they've lost a child.
