If I were to own a house like this, I would definitely add a huge mirror that restaurants use for a blind corner coming from the entrance/foyer going into the dining room

so 2 girls, 1 boy and the grandparents have to share one small bathroom and they all have to walk through the dining area to get to there. And there's not a separate toilet, so guests will be using that bathroom too.
