protien and fiber were a game changer for me. Im feeling stuffed after dinner and staying in my deficit. But also learning to still eat what I like and like to cook with little tweaks.

LENTILSSSSSSS. just use a lot of lentils with some good broth made of tomatoes, onions, tomatillos, jalapenos. make a big pot of it, you'll be full for hours. eat a mandarin right after to help with iron absorbtion

I’ve lost 47lbs so far and I’ve really had to work on how I view food and my relationship with it and not beating myself up when I eat certain things. I feel like what helps me is eating at maintenance a day week or sometimes 2. I find I lose more when I do that and it’s more sustainable
