Ini penjelasan penyebab + solusi nyata di lapangan 👇 🔴 PENYEBAB UTAMA OLI CEPAT JADI LUMPUR 1️⃣ Oli tercampur solar (paling sering di diesel) Penyebab: Plunger pompa injeksi aus Seal pompa bocor Injector nembes / netes Ciri: Oli encer → lalu jadi hitam pekat Bau solar menyengat Volume oli naik atau aneh ➡️ Solusi: ✔️ Servis pompa & injector ❌ Ganti oli saja tidak cukup 2️⃣ Blow-by parah (ring piston aus) Penyebab: Ring piston bocor Kompresi lari ke carter Ciri: Asap keluar dari breather Oli cepat hitam + kental Tekanan mesin bocor ➡️ Solusi: turun mesin (ring/liner) 3️⃣ Air masuk ke oli Penyebab: Gasket head bocor Kondensasi berat (mesin jarang panas maksimal) Ciri: Oli warna kopi susu Seperti lumpur / mayones Level oli naik ➡️ Solusi: ganti gasket, cek head 4️⃣ Mesin overheat Oli terbakar Aditif rusak → jadi lumpur ➡️ Solusi: ✔️ Perbaiki sistem pendingin ✔️ Jangan kerja mesin panas 5️⃣ Sisa lumpur lama tidak dibersihkan Mesin lama jarang servis Ganti oli tanpa flushing ➡️ Solusi: ✔️ Bersihkan carter ✔️ Flushing manual ✔️ Baru isi oli baru ❌ BUKAN PENYEBAB UTAMA ❌ Filter udara kotor saja ❌ Oli palsu (bisa, tapi jarang) 🧪 TES CEPAT (WAJIB) 1️⃣ Cium oli → bau solar? 2️⃣ Lihat breather → asap tebal? 3️⃣ Cek air radiator → berkurang? 4️⃣ Cek level oli → naik / aneh? 🚨 JANGAN DIPAKSA Kalau oli sudah lumpur: Pelumasan hilang Metal cepat aus Mesin bisa macet ✅ KESIMPULAN TEGAS Oli cepat jadi lumpur = ada kebocoran internal (solar / air / kompresi). I love visiting the original KAPITAL store in Kojima, Japan, choppin it up with the staff, and taking him some of the most beautiful garments that the heartland of Japanese clothing has to offer. KAPITAL is located only 10 minutes away by walking from the famed and renowned Kojima Jeans Street, where you can actually visit the store that is only across the parking lot from their factory and cutting facility where they make most of the KAPITAL garments! Big thank you to my friends over there who let me shoot inside the store so I could show you guys!
