Taco Bell, we need to talk. Your location in Frisco, Colorado needs a stern talking to. This location REFUSES to put the sauce packets (that you ordered) into their DoorDash orders. It’s always right there on the receipt, but I cannot think of one single time that I have received my hot sauce packets and I order 10 every time. They just cannot be bothered to put the packets you ordered into the bag. Completely ruins the Taco Bell experience. Makes my entire meal feel super bland, I don’t even want it anymore when I get the meal and my hot sauce packets are missing.

The Taco Bell on W. Broad St. in Falls Church VA has really gone downhill. The last three times I've been there, my order has been wrong every single time (half of my order missing each time or completely wrong and I was told it could not be fixed by the drive-thru team member. I know everyone has off days, but this seems like a recurring issue. I'd love to see this location get the support it needs because it used to be much more reliable.
