He bought that penalty. The Belgium player had no intention of playing the ball, but put his foot in front the defender knowing full well the defender would kick it. For me, that was not a penalty at all.

You are wrong when you say "he misses it" he didn't miss the ball. That should have been an obstruction and Senegal given a free kick. Firstly the defender was facing away and didn't see the striker behind him. The stricker extended his leg to obstruct the defender from clearing out the ball.

The attacker never attempted to kick the ball we can clearly see that. This was a minimal contact that had no impact in the outcome. This was a dubious decision from FIFA to pay Senegal back for their incident against Morocco. They forced the ref to give a penalty.
