This exact thing happened to me several times, even when a renowned dr was my injector. We thought it was from risorious spread, but it was actually because the dysport was hitting the zygomaticus area accidentally

And that’s why I don’t do Dysport other than the frontalis muscle! The spread is larger with higher risks.
