I just filled out the adoption application !! I just saw that hes in PA and I live in NC so I hope that won't be an issue. I'll more than likely have to drive up there to get him and im hoping he will still be there by the time I can save some money to make that trip. I don't think it will take me that long to save up hopefully 2--3 weeks max, I truly hope hes still there, I think he will be

Guys stop. Shelter dogs need day trips. Yes it's sad, he goes back. But a day of attention, exercise, loves, etc. is better than being stuck inside for months/years. That's like saying foster parents shouldn't take in kids if they aren't going to keep them-so the kids stay in a group home forever.

People don’t understand that letting a dog do a field trip and get out of the kennel for the day makes the MORE adoptable when they get back! It gives new pictures for their profile, more info for their bio (ie great on leash, good with kids, etc), and helps the decompress so they are even better when they meet perspective families. You’re giving them such a gift 💛
