Two sauce combo you need to try is pokework sauce mix with sriracha aioli and a dab of either serrano or gochu jang. Light on all sauces. Also mix the surimi in the mix-ins. Trust, I used to work there and those are always our go to. If you just want a touch of spice then just do pokework mix with sriracha aioli.
