Could you please tell me what I could change or add to my routine to make my hair look better? I always wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner first. Then I comb it all out, apply cream, gel, and mousse, create curls, wring it out with a T-shirt, and dry it with a diffuser.

Help me, I've always felt like I have wavy hair because whenever I straighten it, it only stays straight for a couple of minutes before getting frizzy again. But at the same time, when I use any styling method, it looks awful. But It algo gets naturally wavy. Examples:
