@khloes.fight: PM Update: We truly wish today’s update brought better news. Unfortunately, Khloe has been diagnosed with pneumonia, sepsis, and a urinary tract infection (UTI). Thankfully, her medical team acted quickly and started her on antibiotics yesterday, even before the test results were confirmed, so they could begin treatment as soon as possible if the infections were present. We are grateful they did, because the good news is that she is already showing signs of improvement. She will remain on antibiotics for the next two weeks. The doctors explained that infections like these can be common for critically ill babies due to the number of tubes and lines required for their care. Today, Khloe also received a blood transfusion after her hemoglobin levels dropped. Tonight, she will undergo her MRI. We are asking everyone to please keep Khloe in your prayers and pray for encouraging results.
