I find it so interesting that social workers, case workers, case managers, civil servants in general are asked to do so much with so little. increased case loads, constant changes are at risk demotion or reprimand if not keeping up with high volume. Mental Health issues such as depression and anxiety are rampid. underpaid, underappreciated, Cut backs, burn out, low wages, abuse from the public and sometimes even management are all real. Why are we not blaming those who authorized tax cuts for the ULTRA WEALTHY???
