I got a problem. My game doesn’t feel smooth except when I'm using v-sync. I have over 300 fps and a 144hz screen but it feels like 90 fps without v sync. How can I fix that?

My colors work for like 15 sec and after the game reset it to default but when I alt tab I got the colors back for 15 sec is like the game dont want it
