Or if Anaya had shown up a little more playful, flirty, fun, and feminine—instead of focusing so much on what KC wasn’t doing—would Casa Amor have gone differently? I think it’s a little bit of both. I also think she pulled out all the stops with Carl but held back with Casey, and I actually think that came back to bite her. Now, don’t get me wrong—I like Carl, and this may end up being the better match for her. But I do wonder if KC would’ve chosen differently. Would he still have explored? Probably. That’s Casa Amor. But when someone feels like they’re constantly being lectured, hearing what they’re doing wrong, and there’s very little affection or warmth, it can create distance.
