I read The Little Prince (in French, want to read more in the foreign languages I know), Wings of Honor (military sci-fi), The Hundred Years War on Palestine, Paradise Lost, Stoner and am currently reading The Rise and Fall of Ancient Egypt. Despite being really difficult and not fully understanding all of it my favourite was Paradise Lost. The notes aren't referenced in the text so I didn't use them as it would have interrupted my flow but will re-read some time with the notes.
