Every 10 yrs our body changes and we’re just getting older anything that you use to eat will maybe bother you now. Brown sugar or white sugar helps with the acid coming from tomato sauce.

start making tomato sauce use plum tomatoes and add a 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar to the sauce that helps with the acid

You can eat white pizza. I try yellow tomatoes. But didn’t like them. I take medicine for acid reflex. But I’m not strict about the foods I can’t eat.
