my mom said my dog was an outside dog. I kept getting up at 3 am to be outside with her so I could be scared too lol. It took almost 5 years, but now our dog sleeps in be with mom lol. This was a photo when we got scared of the dark lol

i recommend a crate with bedding. it helps them feel secure like the natural instinct of seeking shelter in a cave. my baby loves her crate and goes in there on her own when scared or lonely
