if anyone is trying to do this on a hp computer download lively wallpaper on microsoft and once you’re on the app press the + at the top either use a file (which i preferred) or use a url for youtube. i have this video shown if anyone wants it but you can also find them on youtube and or tiktok, i will add if you’re using a file email the video you choose to yourself (the email on your computer) that way it’s easier and doesn’t look like you’re watch youtube on you home screen

guys if u want on phone explanation here! on tiktok and search flourish design live wallpaper 4k( depends on what you want) then go to share, scroll to left and go on out as wallpaper, on the screen Will pop up install tiktok wallpaper and install, then go on the app and you Will have up at the right the video you saved before on tiktok when you searched live wallpaper and then install It! ( it's without this version on the video)
