I made some adjustments from the first version to have better flavor and balance. Cocktail recipe 2oz Tequila Blanco 🇲🇽 1oz banana liqueur 🍌 1oz lime juice 🍋‍🟩 1oz pineapple juice 🍍 1/4oz simple syrup 🍭 1 pinch blue spirulina 💙 *optional* 1 bar spoon matcha 🍵 Note on color: while it is lore accurate to have algea in this cocktail, the spirulina is just there for color. You can also add matcha if you like for a deeper color, and if you enjoy that flavor.
