Paralegal here. This is very misleading. In wrongful death and other plaintiff cases, you name literally every single person and entity along with fictitious defendants A-Z and 1-99.

Hi! Can you do a deep dive on allopuranol? I’ve heard of multiple people having liver distress while taking this drug and I’ve heard it’s been prescribed for joint pain that may not even be gout 😭 are you licensed in Alabama?

When my daughter was really young, her inhaler was out and we ran up to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was like OMG, no refills! He grabbed an inhaler anyway and gave it to her! He then called for the refills. I will never forget his hospitality as we would have had to call for an ambulance.

my province has granted our pharmacists prescribing rights for certain maladies (quite a few, even!) as well as “emergency supply” to carry patients through until they get a refill. It was a brilliant decision.

at walgreens we send 3 faxes, call doctor office once, then call you and tell you they haven't responded. thats on the patient.

This is what is wrong with the system! They should counter sue for lawyer fees cause no way it was pharmacy fault she could have gone to immediate care to get script until a regular Dr visit

This just another reason for Torte law reform. Lawsuit names everyone, and as long as someone is partially responsible, they could be 100% responsible.

I work in medical malpractice and it's common to list anyone that may have liability. they get dismissed throughout discovery

The easiest thing in America to do is file a lawsuit . You can’t lose the lawyer is free and the filing fee is cheap.

I've been told pharmacy can give patient a few meds to get thru until they can see Doctor. Only if it's a repeat script, they have currently been on except opoids.
