Definitely wash 3 month clothes too, they are just sbout the same size as 0-3 month. it means they can wear then till 3 months usally

I would recommend to pack the hospital bag now, you don’t want to pack it w contractions 😭 well in my case my baby was born in an hour from my water breaking so my contractions were insane 😭
