@giuliland_90: Super easy focaccia! Ingredients 1 packet instant-rise yeast 1½ cups warm water 1 teaspoon sugar 3½ cups all-purpose flour Extra virgin olive oil (be generous!) Dried rosemary Sea salt Shredded cheese of your choice (I used @ALDI USA 4 cheese blend) Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the instant yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let everything mix together for a minute. Add the all-purpose flour and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Perform one set of stretch and folds by pulling the dough from the edges and folding it toward the center. Let it rest briefly, then do one more set of stretch and folds. Line a baking sheet or baking pan with parchment paper and gently transfer the dough onto the pan. Use your fingertips to spread the dough and create the classic focaccia dimples. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil—don't skimp on it! The olive oil is what gives focaccia its incredible flavor and texture. Sprinkle the top with dried rosemary, sea salt, and cheese. Bake on the lowest oven rack at 325°F for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden.
