@gratefulbreadscv: The moment of truth… 👀🥐✨ After days of testing, laminating, folding, and waiting, it was finally time for the crumb reveal on my experimental Cinnamon Croissant Loaf. Those buttery layers, ribbons of cinnamon sugar, and soft, pull-apart interior are exactly what I’ve been working toward—and I couldn’t wait to slice into it. This recipe is still in the research phase, so it won’t be available until August while I continue refining it. I want every loaf to be worth the wait before it joins the Grateful Bread menu.
