@sheilaabdul4: High Protein, High Fiber Overnight oats! 🌼 The ingredients - 1/2 cup oats organic 1 scoop of the protein powder of your choice - 25 grams of protein 2 tbsp of chia seeds organic Creatine (I just put it in here because it’s easier for me to remember to take it everyday! It doesn’t really change the taste to me) 1 cup Almond milk un sweet vanilla 1/3 cup Greek yogurt @OIKOS 2 tbsp of peanut butter @H-E-B the one in the healthy living section Fruit toppings/mix ins of your choice! I went with strawberries, raspberries, and walnuts and lilys chocolate chips Optional: A drop of vanilla extract @Rodelle - Vanilla + Cocoa & @SAPJACK maple syrup, I like sweet stuff so this worked for me 😄 Directions: Add alll the dry ingredients, then milk it with the wet, shake it all up & store in the fridge overnight!
