It could be the batteries ur using, it says to use alkaline batteries on this camera and if its not that then there are lots of videos on tiktok that might be able to help but idkk

That happened to mine that means something is stuck in the lenses. I had mine on the beach so sand got into mines. I just dropped it on the floor a few times and it started working again😅😅

You have to shake it up and down while you turn it on and clean the lens. Be patient, it probably has dust or something like that.

I had this problem but my lenses was stuck out. So I emailed them telling them that I have done all of the things to do to try to fix it. They sent me a email back that I could send it back for them to try to fix it. But I ended up getting a whole new camera.

Take ur sd card out and there’s a yellow thing on it pull it the other way then try

I jammed my finger in the lens and forcefully took out the lens and it worked!

omg i fixed mine! so, you just need to hold the on and off button and hit the lens as harder as u can on your knee and yeah that fixed it HAHAHA
