This is wrong. The 2N3055 simply shorts out the voltage. Will destroy the diode. Output should be t emitter of the 2N3055

Diese Schaltung ist fachlich gesehen absoluter Quatsch und in der Praxis völlig unbrauchbar. Es handelt sich um einen primitiven Längsregler ohne jegliche Spannungsrückkopplung, wodurch die Ausgangsspannung bei Belastung stark einbricht. Zudem drohen wegen der fehlenden Strombegrenzung und der enormen Abwärme im Transistor akute Brandgefahr und sofortige Bauteilschäden.

Подключение сделать по другому, и заработает. На коллектор подать + входное, на вход подать -. и снимать выходное с эмиттера.
