@cleaneatswithsteph: I spent a year trying to figure out why I was constantly bloated… and one of the biggest surprises was yogurt. 👀 Just because it says “high protein,” “probiotic,” or “healthy” doesn’t automatically mean it’s the best choice for your body. A lot of flavored yogurts contain added sugars, artificial sweeteners, natural flavors, gums, or other ingredients that can contribute to bloating or aren’t ideal if you’re trying to follow an anti-inflammatory diet. That doesn’t mean you have to avoid yogurt altogether—it just means reading the ingredient list matters. One thing that’s helped me SO much is using the FIG app before I buy anything. I scan products and it tells me if they fit my anti-inflammatory diet, plus it highlights exactly which ingredients caused something to be flagged. It’s saved me from buying so many products that looked healthy on the front of the package.
